A platform for digitized lead generation for the sales team to use internally for creating, assessing and processing potential leads to on-boarded partners. It allows quick, easy and accurate data gathering that assists in deciding which leads to convert in a timely manner.
The Challenge
We were tasked with creating an internal web application to streamline and digitize the lead generation process for the sales team. The main challenge was building a system that could efficiently collect, evaluate, and manage large volumes of lead data, while ensuring speed, accuracy, and ease of use for non-technical users.
Our Solution
We developed a web-based platform using React.js for a responsive and intuitive frontend. The backend was built with Node.js and MongoDB, providing flexibility and scalability for handling complex lead data structures. We deployed the application on AWS, ensuring high availability, performance, and secure data storage. The system enabled real-time lead tracking, assessment tools, and streamlined workflows for onboarding partners.
Results Achieved
The platform significantly improved the sales team's efficiency in handling and converting leads. With faster data collection and better decision-making tools, the lead conversion process became more accurate and timely. The tool was well-received and became an integral part of the internal sales workflow.
