A platform for digitized lead generation for the sales team to use internally for creating, assessing and processing potential leads to on-boarded partners. It allows quick, easy and accurate data gathering that assists in deciding which leads to convert in a timely manner.
The Challenge
We set out to modernize Pakistan’s real estate sector by creating a unified digital platform that brings transparency, security, and ease to buying, selling, and renting properties. The key challenge was to ensure a consistent and seamless experience across both web and mobile platforms, while handling large volumes of property data and maintaining performance and trust.
Our Solution
We developed the Graana platform with a web application built in Next.js and a mobile app using React Native for cross-platform support. The backend was built with Node.js, using PostgreSQL for efficient relational data management. We deployed the system on AWS for scalability, reliability, and secure infrastructure. Key features included dynamic property listings, smart search and filters, user authentication, and tools for posting and managing real estate listings.
Results Achieved
The final product delivered a smooth and secure user experience across devices, enabling users to easily explore and manage property transactions online. The platform significantly improved engagement and trust, positioning Graana as a leader in the digital transformation of real estate in Pakistan.
