Technical Project Manager

Description

We're seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to drive our software development projects to successful completion. You'll work with stakeholders, developers, designers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close projects using agile methodologies
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget
• Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Track and report on project progress
• Continuously improve project management processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, etc.)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Technical background or understanding of software development
• PMP or agile certification is a plus
